Protect Hoosiers from Hazardous Materials

Based upon meetings with Lawrence County residents, there is concern that Hoosiers are being exposed to hazardous materials such as asbestos from abandoned buildings, properties, and hazardous waste sites. Jared will work with Republicans and Democrats alike to reduce the risk of exposure to hazardous materials that could threaten the public health of communities.

The old school in Huron, Indiana was built with asbestos and is surrounded by homes. Local residents are at risk of exposure.

Protect and Preserve our Vibrant Indiana Forests and National Parks

Jared loves to drive up 446, particularly during the Fall and experience the Hoosier National Forest. We must protect and preserve our environmental treasures across the state from excessive logging and support our Department of Natural Resources.
